We had the pleasure to work with Kevin & his team for the past 2 years. They are extremely personal and treat you like family. Having them all on our side helped with every aspect of the transaction. One of the major things we loved was they’re are definitely not here to push you into a property that isn’t fit for you and your family. By trusting them with being our eyes & ears on the Island while we were on the mainland the entire process was a breeze. He knew when sit & wait, or jump on a deal. They worked all the numbers and kept us updated along the way. The knowledge & family we gained is priceless.
Kevin, Kelly, and Pat are the absolute best! We had a very tricky escrow. We listed our condo and made an offer on a home contingent on the sale of our condo. They worked tirelessly to sell our condo in a very difficult time to sell. Our dreams came true when the condo sold and our offer on the house was accepted! They were all so professional and never gave up. They were set on making this happen for our family. Though the entire process of being in double escrow was stressful, they always made us feel at ease. I’m so grateful for Sullivan properties!
We had a wonderful stay at Kahana Sunset. The location is fantastic, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach. The condo was very clean and well kept, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Our family of five stayed here, including two young sons, and the condo was very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was great, and having both the pool and beach right there made it perfect for spending time outside. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend staying here!
We just came back from Maui. It was absolutely wonderful. property was great and communication with staff was easy and they were very knowledgeable. we will see them next year.
Beautiful ocean views from one of two balconies. A very nice spacious one bedroom two bath condo. Very big and open living room. Sitting on the couch looking out at the ocean. Highly recommend this room. Would stay here again in the future
We absolutely loved our stay at the Sands of Kahana! It was so nice to be in room 122 which had Air-Conditioning since we were there during some very warm weather in late August to early September. It was so nice to sleep in the nice cool room after a busy day of great fun in the sun!
Absolutely wonderful condo, with everything you need. Beautiful views from every room. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.
Our stay at the sands of kahana 272 was a memorable time with our teenaged grandsons and family. The boys would wake up every morning and be in awe of the amazing view eating breakfast watching the beautiful rainbows and turtles right under our balconi, you just can never get tired of the ocean waves and freshness in the air. The staff and amenities in our room were also commendable, comfortable and very roomy. We loved our stay and would definrtly recomend and return . Mahalo.
The view is awesome! The room is well appointed. Sullivan properties were very responsive to dealing with issues. That's not always the case with property management companies.
